Sky Organics ManyChat Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the ManyChat campaign ("Campaign") run by Sky Organics ("Brand" or "We" or "Us"). By participating in the Campaign, participants ("You" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2 Eligibility

This Campaign is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, or partners of Sky Organics, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to participate.

3 Campaign Duration

The Campaign will begin on 9/1/2023 and end 215 (two hundred fifteen) days after the start of the product campaign. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

4 How to Participate

Participants must follow the instructions provided in the ManyChat bot to be eligible for the free or discounted products. Any incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries will be deemed invalid. If the individual participates in a gift card campaign, the gift card is mailed about 14 days after the order number is received and confirmed. The offer is null and void if the individual cancels and/or returns the order anytime within the Amazon return policy.

5 Offer

Participants will receive either a free or discounted product from Sky Organics. The specific product, as well as the terms of the discount, will be detailed within the ManyChat conversation.

6 Limitations

• Only one entry is allowed per person.
• The offer is valid while supplies last.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers from Sky Organics.
• Sky Organics reserves the right to cancel and/or modify the offers at any time.

7 Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped to eligible participants within the continental United States.

8 Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, you grant Sky Organics permission to collect and use your personal data (like name, address, email) solely for the purpose of administering this Campaign and shipping products. We respect your privacy and will not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties unless required by law.

9 Disclaimers

Sky Organics is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or omissions in the Campaign. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign if any unforeseen circumstances occur, without prior notice to the participants.

10 Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these T&Cs or the Campaign will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, USA
